The Recruitment team provides a range of strategic measures in recruiting and retaining staff and maintains a license for the provision of an on-line recruitment system and placing of advertisements for teaching staff and other support staff roles.
Our dedicated website www.workinhounslowschools.org.uk promotes vacancies, news and information for potential applicants and is the main point of contact for our successful, annual recruitment campaigns – including our Teaching Talent Pool and Primary NQT Pool.
We run publicity campaigns and work with local Universities to raise the profile of the council’s maintained schools as employers of choice.
Schools who purchase the service can also gain access to additional advertising and recruitment initiatives.
